Stolen Moments Jazz is celebrating its 21st year of entertaining private parties, weddings and corporate functions. From the Howe Sound Corridor including Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish to the City of Vancouver and Lower Mainland, Stolen Moments Jazz has had the pleasure of bringing its version of classic jazz including Swing, Latin and Blues styles to the public.
Locally based in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada, Stolen Moments Jazz is available as a Trio which is Stand up bass, Tenor sax and Guitar and also as a Quartet where we add Drums for a livelier feel.
At the bands inception, Tim, Dave and Andy satisfied the local restaurant crowd with a smooth dinner jazz set to compliment the fares of local restaurants such as the Salmon House on the Hill, Granite Café, and Jazz Cellar. Catching the eye of inquisitive patrons, private functions became more frequent. With the addition of the band to weddings, wine tastings, birthdays, Christmas and dinner parties, Stolen Moments Jazz was able to elevate these functions to a higher level. The Corporate world took notice of the band with event planners and agents jumping on board requesting the services of this respectable, professional group for conferences and special events.
Over the last twenty one years Stolen Moments Jazz has had the pleasure of being involved in some fantastic parties, emotional weddings and out of the way destination venues. We continue to provide courteous service on a music level with the client’s and guests pleasure being the most important objective of the group.
